Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to facilitate customer brand loyalty
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and boost sales in shop
• Assist with inventory management, product organization, and merchandising displays
• Keep up to date with the basics of the Pokémon TCG (product types and pricing, new releases, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, English-Fluent
• Ability to lift heavy objects (20-50lbs)
• Past experience in retail (1+ years)
